The Bill (Reg. No.2160) enhances liability for violation of a grave, other place of burial, corpse (remains, ashes), and for plundering items from a grave or other place of burial, or from a corpse (remains, ashes).
The Committee deems necessary to adopt the Bill, as the rate of such crimes has considerably increased recently.
